Company Overview
The placement agency was established in 1984 as Helpfinders Unlimited. At that time, they are totally a full service domestic firm placing various personnel like housekeepers, housekeeper/ child care, butlers, major domos, couples, house managers and chauffeurs. They focused more on developing the effective techniques in screening, investigating and matching required when placing nannies and other caregivers for children than when working with other domestics. In 1990, they had specialized on nanny, housekeeper/ cc, and baby nurse positions and completely eliminated all the non childcare personnel. But in 1991, they decided eliminate housekeeper/ cc positions. On the same year, they changed their name to America’s Nannies. During those times they are placing live in and live out as well as the part time and temporary placement nannies. Then on the following year, they abolished the part time and temporary placements. Eventually, in 1994, the live out placements and baby nurses were also eliminated. From then on, they have dedicated in providing placements exclusively in full time live in nannies alone.
At present, they are using a cautious screening technique and process to be sure that the nanny fits the requirements and needs of the family. In this way, families will be well served and satisfied.
